About the Role
Update Project information in UiPath Tools such as FinancialForce
Work with Workforce Management to ensure resource requests are submitted and resources assigned.
Manage project budget and forecast.
Track planned versus actual hours consumed as well as cost.
Prepare billing statements and submit them to customer for approval.
Document assigned resource Time and expenses.
Align Expense Receipts to Expenses reported.
Prepare weekly status report summarizing utilized time and expenses
Review project contractual information (i.e. SOWs, POs, etc…)
Communicate to internal project team regarding contractual requirements of projects
Work with resource management on resource planning, availability and allocation according to projects pipeline
Communicate to the management issues or concerns related to project schedule and project costs
Report and escalate to management as needed
Create and maintain project documentation in PSA (Professional Services Automation) solution, required for accurate project accounting
Close project and documentation, pass project deliverables to operations.
Work collaboratively with the entire Professional Services leadership team
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree Preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well with large and diverse teams
Ability to work under pressure
Experience with Project Administration
Excellent internal communication skills
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Experienced user of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Start-up type experience, with the ability to operate in a fluid and dynamic environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience building strong internal and
external relationships.
Previous experience with working with Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, OpenSpan, et.al. is a plus
